How to find peace

So this is an upcoming text on Eckhart Tolle´s speaking. It doesn´t matter if you have heard him, but I recommend you to :)
Basically we are not the persons we think we are. We are not our mind.
A thought comes into our head, maybe an opinion about something. And we don´t let go of it. It stucks with us and creates a thinking pattern. Out of our thoughts we start getting emotions, and then react. So right now we think that we are our mind.
There are these moments in life, when you really feel alive. When you´re doing something you enjoy you can easily have it. When you have it, there´s no thinking, just experiencing. And it is this "state of mind" that we are all looking for. Though it is not a state of mind, it is a state of beeing.
So if we stop these old patterns and just be, in whatever we are doing right now, we will find peace.
There is no past, and there is no future. Beacause when the future happens, it happens now, not in the future. The past cannot have been, when the past was now, it was now. Haha. All there is is now, just repeating itself. Life is, the moment being repeated. So if we can be now we don´t have to suffer no more! We just have to be. Be one with the rest of the world around us. Act together with all, not as an individual mind. We drop all past beliefs, future stress, we only have now to be. We are were we are right now and we can´t do anything about it as long as we´re fighting it. But if we accept it as it is now, we can find peace.
