The red course is the best one so i'd like to give you the recepie of that one. It is raw vegan, made it in 30 minutes :)

1 big Rooth beet. some Carrots. tear them. and put in lots of different Seeds and Nuts. Mushrooms and Basilicum. I put in some Hemp-oil just for the sace of heath, and also Maca-powder. So yummy, fills your stomach in a good way and very healthy. Enjoy :)
