Healthy Awereness & Ice Cream Recepie

We are born into this societies eating norms wich are truly unhealthy for our whole body and beeing, and like I wrote in my last post, they help create our way that we become as persons.
 
I remember when I started notice how Heavy I was after food, somewere in the teenage years.
I had an inspiering day painting, but I got really hungry so made dinner and ate, afterwards I just felt Heavy with no inspiration left.
 
 I was shown a video of farmerhouses reality. These things made the vegetarianism growing into actions. I Went vegetarian, some backsteps, kept on educating myself and going towards what I knew was right and wanted. Skipped dairy Products as well. The cleaner the body gets, the less our cravings become, til there are NONE cravings at all. When we go off these eating habbits, we have to give our body time to heal and detox from our former foodintakes,  sometimes it might take some time.
 .
Mainly focuse on fruits that are the best fuel for us.
 
Keeping the fruit, the main Foods.
 
Vegan diet, lighter. We all are in different places in the evolution. But if we all have goals to walk towards, we make progress. You can also just let go off all goals like in meditation, and you will end up faster towards our destination.
 
 You want to make it easy for yourself.
Buy much quantities of fruits. Ex whole bananabox. Always have lots of fruit at home.
 
Blender/ Mixer makes healthy so easy. Just mix the good stuff up and drink 1-2 litre of it and you´ll get full and feel exelent. This is the best tool we have in our kitchen, I use it everyday often many times, how I make most of the meals. Can also make soups, scauses, bases for cakes, ice Cream etc.
 
Big quantities and much at home
Don´t restrict yourself, you won´t get full on one glass of smoothie
Big quantities of fruit is needed. We are easily going on with our routines,
so change the morning routine for a start!
 
The Easy & Fast Banana smoothie
 
1-2 litre of smoothie that You will last on. It is too easy my friends!
-Mix lots of ripe bananas -with brown spots on. together with lots of water
-And flavour this with whatever vegan things you like. Berries, apples, pears, superfruits in powder, nessle, hemp, acai, tripala, or lumbucha or mesquite for kola taste, as well as raw cacao powder. The list goes on..
 
Easiest Healthy (N)Ice Cream
 
Blending theese ingredients together:
-You need some chopped and frozen bananas as a base.
-Add 1-2 normal ripe bananas into the mixture. This will be an ice Cream consistency
 
Add for Chocolate Nice-Cream: Cacao powder & coconutsugar/mayple suryp or experiment around
With ex. Blueberry or other berries for real blueberry icecream. Add raw cacaonibs, vegan chocolate chips, dried fruit, berries and other superfruits like acaii, goji, lucumba, mesquite (both sweeteners that tastes like cola)
 
Make it a Pear Nice- Cream by having most of the base on frozen pears or mangos etc. easy to make & nutrient delicsious ice Creams, that is really good for you, without any harm.
 
 
Always grab a bottle of smoothie werever you go!
